The bridge/chorus repeats, but on the last time through, end with this chord and arpeggio:
Dadd9

e|--0-0-----0-----0-----0--------0---| B|--3-3-----------------------3------| G|--2-2--------2-----2-----2---------| D|--0-0------------------------------| A|--x-x------------------------------| E|--2-2*-----------------------------|
*note: that 2nd fret F# on the E string is done with the thumb.
End chorus: The end chorus has a key change and it took me a little while to figure out the tabliature. What I have here best simulates the guitar AND the bass/keyboard in the In words, it's not exactly what the guitar plays in the recording; it's a little more , but way if you're playing the song solo it will sound more complete. The capo is still the second fret, and we've switched to the key of A (which of course in the song would be the key of B due to the capo).

**note: that 7th fret B on the E string is also done with the thumb. That is, unless have a mutated and unnecessarily large pinky.
When playing the song acoustically, I think it sounds good if you end it on this chord:
e|--0-0----| B|--0-0----| G|--6-6----| D|--7-7----| A|--5-5----| E|--x-x----|
So, in case this helps, here's a chord/lyric outline for how the song goes:
